Gail,
Are you referring to the upgrades that come from the SMA? The SMA is
just a Software Manints agreement, it means you get the next so many
upgrades for a certain fixed price. If you mean you ordered your next
upgrades to come in flash cards, i.e. keysoft 7.0, then you'd follow the
instructions for installing applications that are found in the users
manual.
