I have one question?

Why is it always assumed that everyone has time to play phone tag with
HumanWare? I certainly do not have that kind of time, the interruptions if
I call from work are not appreciated by my employer/manager. Calling is not
a quick fix, or at least in the past couple of years it has not been for me.

I say that and have to tell you that my only calls to HumanWare in the past
three years have regarded obtaining service agreements and SMA, or setting
up my transplant for one unit. I certainly can generally find answers to my
other technical issues faster from the list or reading the manual.

Still, I always find myself getting tied up in knots when I call and then
have to wait hours to days for a return call.

Call Humanware if you are in the US at
1800-722-3393
extension 6

Give Karen or whoever answers your serial number. They can look it
up and tell you.

Jane
