Welcome aboard Kate...I've always loved Humanware's (Pulse Data) manuals
and, in particular, the Help feature on the BrailleNote family of
products. If you don't know anything about a BN, you sure can remedy that
with hitting that old "help key" when you get in a bind.
Thanks for letting us know who you are and for being available for
constructive comments.

HI EVERYONE!
'Just a quick message to introduce myself. I replaced Maryanne Cathro as
the new Technical Author at HumanWare (Christchurch, New Zealand) and
started just 2 weeks ago!
I've been following the 'Major manual issues!' thread (begun by Sarai last
week) and have noted the errors and omissions you have all raised. I will
endeavour to update manuals with your changes as new versions are
required.
Let me reassure you that I'm here to make the documentation more useable
for you and greatly appreciate your feedback (keep it going!). Please
feel free to continue to add messages to the list related to the
documentation. Please include "Kate" or "documentation" to the subject
line (this is sure to get my attention)! Your constructive criticisms,
puzzled remarks AND compliments are most welcome.
Kind regards
