Okay,
First of all, there is nothing wrong with my old braille display. Its in
wonderful condition and it works. It might not be the newest, coolest
thing out there, but that's fine because the most important part is the
brand new M Power that I'm getting and if I ever chose to sell it, which
will be over my dead body, then the person buying it will get an m power
and be happy that he/she has a note taker of their own. As for what
they're doing with the old parts, they're recycling them to fix other
units, but even if they were going to take them out back, build a bond
fire, and roast hot dogs over them, they can do that too. I couldn't'
care less. I'm just grateful that Human Ware actually cares about the
customer enough to offer us this transplant. They didn't have to do
this. They could have made us shell out $6200 plus what ever we'd have
to pay for new Spanish software and new GPS software. I'm just glad they
cared enough to offer this transplant because if they didn't then I
couldn't get one. Even if you have a nice job, $6200 is a lot of money
and I certainly don't have it under my couch cushions. So thanks guys
for allowing me the chance to purchase an M power.

So then what you folks are saying who are taking advantage of the
Transplant
offer is that it is worth $2000 to you to get a new plastic case, system

board, and software upgrade put onto your old, used Braille display and
have
a used mPower from the start. You're not concerned that you won't be
able
to sell in a competitive market with all mPowers because buyers won't
have
any way to know what they are buying regarding the most expensive
component,
the display. And you don't care that you are tossing out a perfectly
good
and functional voicenote at the same time which could be used by someone

else or at the very least parted out to help those less fortunate than
yourself to upgrade to a better unit. This still looks like a lose win

situation to me where the winners are at Humanware, but I guess I'm
still
missing something since by virtue of my not participating in this deal,
I'm
apparently not a "loyal customer" worthy of "reward".
