Oh okay, well did you install the drivers? If so, did you plug in the BN, make sure the serial port is unchecked in active sync, if so, did you then exit jaws, hit t for terminal on the BN then restart jaws? If that didn't work, make sure that no display isn't accidentally showing in Jaws.
