Isaac; If you say upper case or lower case numbers, that identifies which dots to use. If you say upper or lower case letters, that identifies capital or not. It depends whether you are talking about numbers or letters. Hope I made it more understandable. Terry Powers

It's writing in the top portion of the cells and then they say you write them in the lower portion of the cells. I think of upper case as capitalized letters and lower case as uncapitalized letters.
