All I can say is that I'm sure it is just as good as the BrailleNote.  I 
dropped mine from a height of about two feet onto a carpet and the 
BrailleNote is still working perfectly.  Not that I intend to do this on a 
regular basis, you see.

TheM power may have thinner plastic, and probably is lighter.
However with the advancements of plastics and technology, it is probably
stronger.
