Jim,
As much as I hate to admit it, you're correct! No unit will be without 
it's quirks. I have no equipment that is superior to any other equipment. 
they all lock up from time to time. even my computer does that!
You're right, I am suffering from stomach pains. there has indeed been 
improvement in the product. So I shall attempt to recognize the facts of 
life and list dynamics. Only a small percentage of people report problems. 
but those shouldn't be taken out of context.
But my client won't benefit from this because there's no one to teach her 
the unit, unfortunately. I can't be there long enough to teach her how to 
really use the unit. reading manuals won't help either. So for her it's 
back to DOs. I think that's the best I can do for now.
