Hello, list,

I can't say enough good things about the MPower. The only problem I've had is with the recording feature and HumanWare deserves five stars for their attention to this matter. I sent my unit away last Wednesday at HumanWare's expense, and it was shipped yesterday. Now how much better can a company do? I don't know yet what they had to do in order to fix my unit, but for Jim especially because he has had the same problems, be encouraged. I'm sure I'll have my unit by Friday, if not before.

I think you too are suffering too many stomach pains from reading this list! The M-power truly is a fine product! It isn't without problems I agree but it truly works better than the previous classic products. I have had a BN here for at least four years. I have seen much improvement in the BN family of products since I bought my first unit! I challenge you privately to show me anything better on the market than a PC or another notetaker that would be better than the M-power or PK! I dare you to do so! I wouldn't put it on the list but you can write me privately if you like! Perhaps those of us who have M-power units would take the time to talk about what we like about the M-power, we might put the list into a better perspective on this product!
