Hi, Jonathan,
As I read this email, I was thinking that perhaps it would be good to have
the trouble shooting section in Braille too. I was looking at my new MPower
Braille material earlier this afternoon. After all, if one is in BN
trouble, the trouble shooting section may not be available. My MPower has
been charging, but it is ready now for me to play with tonight.

Hi KC, the entire User Guide is available right on board your BrailleNote.
Apart from the fact that the User Guide is now a very thorough and
comprehensive document that would take many bulky volumes of Braille, one
of the purposes of owning a BrailleNote is to be able to take your
documents with you wherever you go. We do offer Chapter One of the User
Guide in hardcopy Braille to get you started, but after that, you can read
the User Guide on your machine. Most computer-based products now come with
manuals electronically. It saves lots of trees and is very convenient,
since where your BrailleNote goes, your User Guide goes.
