OK, THANKS!!!. I had gone back to ver. 3.8 because of the list
postings saying that ver. 4.1 wouldn't support wireless. I'm now
gleefully syncing with KeySync. Now on to see if I can sync using wireless.

Get the latest version of keysync and have that running in the background.

Subject: RE: [BrailleNote] PK Active Sync KS 7
HI Paul and all,
I'm still having a problem connecting my PK with KS7 to ActiveSync
with USB. I followed Paul's steps below and I'm getting the
connection tones indicating that my PK is connected after I do a c1
c4 reset. When I check the ActiveSync icon in the system tray it says
I'm connected. If I select the menu option from the system try to
open ActiveSync nothing happens. If I select the explore option from
the system tray menu list I get an error message "critical
communication services have failed to start. Try resetting the mobile
device, and then connect again. I've tried a c1 c4 reset at this
point and I again get the connection tones but can't do anything. I
never get the dialog to create a partnership after I do a reset.
I've also tried reinstalling ActiveSync ver. 3.8 and that did' help.
Help!
Thanks,
Gil
