Greetings,
Does anyone know what to do when the computer sees the PK as a
"unknown device?" Both my home computer and work computers see the
PK as a malfunctioning usb device and when I check the Device
Manager, there is an unknown device under the Universal Serial Bus
controllers, which disappears when I disconnect the PK.
