Hi Dan,

I assume you plugged the card reader into a usb port.  Try rebooting your 
machine or maybe even turn it off completely and then restart literally from 
scratch.  
Leave the drive plugged into the usb port when you do this.  

I've had a similar thing happen a few times and rebooting seemed to get the pc 
to see the reader.  You should be able to go into my computer and see it as 
a new drive letter.
