Hello, Unfortunately if I had a good answer to your question I would be sought after by blind folks all over the world. I'm not trying to make light of your question it is very difficult and the best I can do is try to discuss various types of equipment and attempt to help the customer look ahead and try to plan for the future. It is not an easy task.

As to the latter, with a broader WIndows platform,it didn't have a qwert keyboard when I bought my BN) How do you advise someone with a limited income to deal with the changes? It costs about the same as a BN in 2003 as it would to buy a PC and Braille display. Given the ease of operation and lack of frustration, I went with the BN. Some of us can't afford both a PDa and PC. Yes, Humanware has done well. However, as observed, there has to be a focus and when that focus becomes diversified, there are bound to be hard coices for customers as well as Humanware..
