Hi Tiffany, there will be something in that document that is breaking the MS Word converter.
I can only reiterate that I'm not happy with this situation either, and we're actively investigating better options. I recently needed to open a file which I created in Word 2003 and saved it to my jump drive. I then tried to open it because I needed a phone number from it. I had no tables or bulleted information. It was a document that had names,room numbers, phone numbers and such information. I also, just received an attachment that is a word document and the BN will not open it. I have no clue as to its content, but it crashed my machine when I tried to open it. I look forward to any suggestions you have in this matter.
