Hey Steve, hang in there. <SMILE> First, I have a similar card. It does work on the right-hand side but you have to turn on the BN first, in my case, though I think maybe others have found the reverse. The manual suggests turning on first, then putting in the card so try that. If it doesn't work, try inserting it first then turning on and see what happens.
You can download onto your computer, or but in order to install you need an SD card of at least 64 KB and not as large as 1 GB. (This is because the Millennium uses this type of card for upgrading software, whereas previous versions have used the Flash card.) Your simplest solution at this time would be to call the UK office and ask them (preferably Alan) if your software has yet been sent out to you on an SD card. You can download if HW have their records in place on the site indicating that your Registered number can receive a copy of the download. You will need some instructions to get you through this one, so take the step of sorting out how to get it and I can give you the rest on or off list.
