Hi Penny, I agree about getting tossed out on my tin ear--it's only my first day on the list. I know that NYS and MA do have low interest loans for residents of their states. If someone isn't sure whether their state offers a program, I would check with the office providing vocational and educational services to blind and visually impaired students.
