This just happened to my gf's bn mpower the other day. She lost all of her
files. Her unit just got sent back to hw for another problem but that was
the first time I had seen that happen.

Hi Jonathan this is Malaina and I sent the original message. I use a qt m
power with keysoft version 7.0. After my unit froze and I reset it
everything but the files it came with were gone. It was like I had gotten
the unit for the first time. All of my files were gone and the battery
level is fine I just pressed the reset button and that was the result. I
reset it because it froze. I Have reset it before and nothing like this
happen before. I saved everything to the flash drive. The flash drive is
accessible. Thanks to any help you may give.
Malaina
