This is Joseph. If you are using SuperDisk Drive, it won't work since Windows XP does not support it. A good solution is to purchase a USB floppy disk drive. This drive connects to the computer and it shows itself as Drive A:. I'm sure it can also work with mPower (if you have BrailleNote mPower).
