Hello Richard, as alternative to Joseph's method -- or in case it shouldn't work: Try to do a complete reset (C1C4 first to shut down the PK and then again to reboot it), then plug in the USB cable. In this case, the PK should be recognized immediately. Greetings, Thomas Rauch
