[Braillenote] problems with new transplant

Hi. I am having a hardware problem with my new transplant.  the left side of 
the spacebar seems to be stuck down, and the right side doesn't work 
consistently.  I hope this doesn't mean I have to send it back already, I 
have only had it a few weeks.
