Hi nancy, I can only repeat what I said in my previous message. you have always had to enter your password twice, once when you log onto Bookshare, and yet again when you actually unpack the book you have downloaded. This is the way Bookshare works on every platform, and has always been the way it works. Jonathan Mosen BrailleNote Product Marketing Manager HumanWare

What I'm saying, dear lad is that when I go to the unpack utility, go through the prompts, put it on the drive of my choice, it will finally say "password. Before K7.0, I was able to just press Enter without putting the password in a second time, namely when unpacking the book. I don't mind downloading with the password, because that's for my protection, but I think it's odd that I now have to put it in again when I'm unpacking. I never used to have to do this. It's not major, but would you try to fix this? Ask one of the techs to do it for you and see what I mean. Thanks for your response.
