After you press dots 1,2, you need to press reset with dots 4,5.

Ronda, I don't get the apropriate sounds as described in the
upgrade
documentation.
Here's what I've done
1. Installed the software key successfully
2. made sure all cards are out and power is in (successful)
3. Pressed 4-6 reset (successful, heard one tone, then rising
four tones.
Display shows a small menu,
4. Pressed dots 1-2 (no subsequent beeps, display shows "update
bootloader"
and hangs there) After this, nothing works, the display stays
there, power
switch doesn't work, reset doesn't work. No reset but the service
reset
works.
Any thoughts?
