Hi Sarah; Since you are having success downloading, if you have time, why don't you walk through the steps with KC or anyone having trouble. This way you might be able to trace the problem. Is it the BN or is it something people are doing wrong. I am still learning NLS by way of the computer so I can not help you. Just a suggestion.
