thank you for understanding. In fact, you were correct: I did
miss your first message.
Sarah, and others, have recommended a service resent, as a last
straw. I was adivsed, by someone who works in the area of
technology training, not to do it. Furthermore, as you know, the
Humanware Manual also advises against it! So, here it is: I'm
between a rock and a hard place, or maybe just plain chicken!
