Hello Terry, The discrepancy is being seen due to the way that Duxbury is choosing to translate this word, which technically speaking, is correct.
A work around is to put grimmediate (as a word), into the pronunciation dictionary and type grimm for the misspelling. My name is Terry and i have a quick question. I am reading a book that i downloaded from bookshare. The book is about the Fantastic four. One of the characters in the book is named Ben Grimm. His last name is spelled g r i m m. As you know the i m m in braille stands for immediate, so, the braille note is pronouncing the last name as grimmediate. This is disturbing to me. Any help to clear up this problem would be appreciated. Thanks. ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote -- No virus found in this incoming message.
