Well, Dean I especially wanted you folks in New Zeland to know that at least
for this customer they definitely have gotten things right.
Many thanks again.

Hello Mary Ellen
Thank you so much for this valuable and much appreciated feedback.
Our technical support staff try their utmost to help everyone in a timely
manner. We don't always get it right admittedly and we tend to hear about
it more when we don't get it right than when we do get it right.
Therefore,
your email is encouraging and also serves to highlight the need to keep
standards high and encourages those on the front line so they lift their
game even higher still, that being the end result.
Regards,
Dean Jackson

Subject: [Braillenote] Public Praise for tec support:
Hello folks!
I would like to take this opportunity to publically praise a most cheerful
young lady named Sam from Humanware Tech Support whom in about 2 minutes
got
my Braille Display working in tip top order in Grade 2 Braille again.
With all of the whining, crying and complaining which gets generated on
lists such as this, I think Humanware Staff, especially those in New
Zeland
should know that your staff are highly professional and certainly have
satisfied me in a most timely manner.
I also would like to praise Dave Wilkinson who called me in a timely
manner
and gave helpful hints which although did not solve the problem
immediately,
gave me ideas for future referance.
So to all the staff of Humanware a huge Thank you.
Yours very sincerely,
Mary Ellen Earls
