Hello, Jonathan and list. This is absolutely devastating news. Dean was such a fine fellow; and he always provided information that was useful, thorough, and usually right on the money. I've worked as a contract tech support person for Humanware for a little over five months now, and Dean was always there with emails of support and help when I needed it. What a joy it was to actually speak to this gentleman one time, as I did, and I wish there had been more times. We will miss you, Dean. Big time, and I do mean, bit time.
