Hi Alex, I've had a quick play and I think you need to check that your new startup.wav has got a more recent date than the old one. KeySoft checks for files in the Flash Disk and only copies them if they're newer - it will then say "system files have been updated please reset with no keys down" and after the reset it should play your new sound. I also had to set up a partnership so my mPower's clock was set correctly.
