Hi, List. Also, the lg thumb drives sold at Sams club work well also. You do
have to do a reset for them to be recognized, but they do work. Now, lg has
a 2 gb thumb drive for around 84 dollars at Sams. I don't have it, but will
be interested to see if it works as well as the one gb drive.
These drives can connect to a key chain and also have a retractable USB
connector.

I just tried a 256MB Creative FCCE digital music player in my mPower; it was
recognized and worked fine.  Sorry if this device has already been
cataloged, but I figured it couldn't hurt.
