I would like nothing more.  I would suggest, instead of MSN, a 
program such as Miranda IM that can log the user into MSN, AOL, 
Yahoo, and all that at once, combining contacts from each service 
into one list so the accounts appear as if Miranda were its own 
account.  This would be much more widely accessable.  Instant 
Messenger for BN would be an incredible addition, and (as 
mentioned) a step forward in beating the Pac Mate.
