My bn keeps falling out of the case when I take it somewhere.
Shouldn't I be able to close the case so it doesn't do that? That is the issue of concern. Believe me, I want it to stay in its case. I pull the top closed with the velcro but it won't stay. The only thing I am putting in that case right now is the bn.

I always charge it with the case open. In fact, 99 percent of the time the case is open, unless I'm going to be moving it and taking it somewhere.

Hello Brian and Listers,

I rarely remove my BN from the case. In fact, I'm not sure I understand why it would be necessary to do so to charge the device.

One thing I do which is probably unwise, is to plug in the charger with the cover of the case open.
