OK, I still get a SD card error.

I just downloaded the upgrade, and when I press on a BT dots 4,6 with reset I am presented with a menu, when I select upgrade keysoft, I get an error "SD card error". Then I have to select restart keysoft and I am back at build 22. I am using the same SD card I used to upgrade 7.0 so it is not too small or too large, and I left both my product keys on the card, moved the original nk.bin file to a safe place and downloaded the new one. I did not reformat this card this time, as it had the bootloader file and the keys on it from the last upgrade. Where do I go from here. I feel that the upgrade instructions should have been updated.
