<smiling> No, Joseph, your comments are apt, and they are cogent. As
a matter of policy, I have been waiting to see if there were any
problems with downloading and installing the patch. I guess I'm kind
of a cautious person, and I wanted to see if there were problems
involved in doing this upgrade. I'm confused about the product key
too. The instructions say no product key is needed, but is the key
still on the machine or what?
The instructions say to skip the part about installing the product
key, not to skip the instructions for 7.0.
Honestly, Joseph is right. The instructions are not clear. There
should have been a set of instructions written for this upgrade only.
They should have listed only the things that were needed for this
upgrade and exactly what to do if there were a problem. I've
downloaded the upgrade, but me thinks I'll wait a bit longer to
install it. I need this BrailleNote. I don't need extra problems
caused by my confusion over instructions.
