Yes, have tried all the resets and some not mentioned at various times.

Have you tried the upgrade by pressing dots 4 6 with the reset and then dots
1 2with no reset and then dots 4 5 with a reset?

I'm using a qt but I believe thatis the sequence I used.
Give that a shot.

It surely could not make things any worse.
