Hi Terry and List:
With my classic, I have an 18 cell display. It is equally as
fast to use an 18 cell as a 32. Your thumb is next to the thumb
keys at all times, and can be advanced very quickly. It really
depends on preference. If you are buying your own unit, a 32
cell is much more expensive.

Hi Jenny;
My preference would be a 32 cell, any day. I have a 32 cell
M-power.
The longer the display, the faster you can read and the fewer
strokes to
advance.
I love it. When I ordered mine, 18 cells never crossed my mind.
I am
very lucky that the CAP program gave me what I wanted. I
purchased my
own transplant and am proud to say I was aboue to do it.
Good luck with your decision.

Hi Listers
I'm thinking about buying a Braillenote QT 18 cell or 32 celll,
next
year. I don't want to read books in braille. But I do want to
use it to
proofread documents, such as minutes etc. I also want to use it
for
public speaking. Just to look at my notes, not read a whole
presentation.
So what I want to know is, how those of you who have braille
displays,
manage with either an 18 cell or a 32 cell.
Thank you in anticipation.
Jenny
