Well, looks as if you have to unzip the file first before trying to install it. So, if maybe you don't have a PC to perform this task, maybe someone was thinking of you, on the BN, changing the ZIP extension to a BKS extension so it could possibly be unzipped on the BN using the BookShare unpack utility. Although, best I can recall, other than for unpacking BookShare books, this isn't really an HW approved method.
Anyway, here are what the instructions say at the below page: There is a known issue in KeySoft 6.11 that results in users sometimes experiencing security dialog boxes not clearing as is normally desired when browsing the Internet when pressing the desired buttons. Users who are experiencing this problem should unzip this file and run the resulting exe file from the utilities/application menu.
