The one time I called tech support they were very helpful.  I was 
able to get in touch with someone fairly fast if I remember 
right.  I thought I had lost my user's guide because it said 
unavailable.  But I had used up a lot of memory with class 
recordings.  I got it fixed and learned not to do that again.  I 
hope you get your bunit fixed soon.
