Hello Isaih, I have done this with a Voice Note M-Power. What I did was use the address book and in each contact that I wanted to put in a distribution list, I used the title field and put something in that field which was common to all of those people which I wanted in my distribution list. When I do a ctrl-L in the To field of an E-mail, I just go to the title field and type the common word I have put there and all of the records come up and the VN asks me if I want to send to all recipients. I tell it yes and I am on my way.
