Hi Isaih,
Go to the address list, and put everyone in your distribution
list in it. Find a field you don't generally use. In that
field,
put whatever word you like to define your list. Then, when you
are writing an email to the list, press backspace with L at the
"to field", which will bring up the address list. Go to the
field
you've chosen, type in the word you chose for the list, and the
BN will tell you how many records were found, and ask if you want
to send to all the records. Tell it that you do, and it will go
to everyone on your list. Somewhere, I have a message Rhonda
wrote, telling exactly how to do this, in that amazingly clear
style of hers, but hopefully this will give you enough info to
get you going, and once you do it, it will become very obvious.
If you have questions, ask!
Rachael

Subject: [Braillenote] email distribution lists
Hi list! I was wondering if someone out here would be so kind as
to send me a list of comprehensive steps to follow in order to
create an email distribution list using the m power? I assume
that it probably will be a little involved, but so long as I can
easily understand the directions given, I should be able to
accomplish this. Please let me know if any of you can help. As
always, I appreciate your time and contributions. Isaih
