WIth all due respect, I doubt Jonathan and Hw would go for the
suggestion of a brailled tutorial version. Jonathan stated, in
an earlier message, that the audio is prmarily aimed at
blind folks who aren't proficient in braille.
As to Hw not knowing which consumers are deaf-blind, since
the M-Power and transplants were ordered thorugh Customer
Service, I can't believe the custoemr identity is unknown. In
fact, my friends told me they used either the TDD Relay or
Interpreters and the HW staff were awre of it! (The devices
were sent to these consumers from the US, not NZ!)
