I don't know, I've never accessed the tutorial, which, as you said, is
something completely different than the demo Jonathan has put together. Try
putting the CD in the computer and see what comes up. Sorry I couldn't be of
more help.

Hi Sarah;
We have the manual on the BN and the demo that we were talking about
putting into text. Where can I find this tutorial you mentioned. I
think in some of our discussion we mixed demo with tutorial. I have
always thought of his demo as a tutorial. Sorry if I got them mixed up.

If it is on the cd, can you give me computer instructions for xp on how
to access a cd. I never got good at it while in windows 98.

[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Thanks.

Terry Powers

I must agree with Sarah here.
I don't understand what is desired here. I personally have listened to
the Keysoft 7.2 demo, but I would not call that excellent demo a
substitute for the users guide. It simply describes the new features
and demonstrates them. I believe that for me, I would want more details
than are provided therein, and will get my information from the users
guide in Braille.
A deaf blind person can do the same thing.
It would be one thing if information were not being made available,
however I simply don't feel that this is the case.
I'm not attempting to raise a controversy, I simply don't understand
where the problem is.

If I may jump in here, there seems to be a huge misunderstanding going
on, and someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I believe what KC was
asking for is a text equivalent of the "DEMO" that Jonathan posted to
the HW site. I seem to have opened an enormous can of worms by posting
part of that demo to the list, but oh well. The audio tutorial, on the
other hand, is exactly what Jonathan said, an audio version of the first
part of the manual. This is already available in text, so I really
don't see what the problem is in this respect. I think Rhonda has done
a fine job with posting what she has of the DEMO.
So, to answer you, Jose, there is a tutorial available for the
deaf-blind already, both in text and in Keyword format. The demo was
not available in text form until Rhonda transcribed some of it.

Again, if I'm way off-base here, please forgive me, I'm trying to
understand and help this all make some kind of sense.

Hey; Jonathan, I understand your frustration. But think about it. We
people
who are blind need audio tutorials. But also the deaf blind comunity are
asking you to put up braille tutorials. Well that's what I think. Well
write
back.

Guys, forget it! I'll not put information up on the site. I
thought it may help. I wouldn't think it should matter whose
responsibility it is, as long as someone can benefit from the
information. It's making me tired anyway, (smile).
