Ottawa Canada Dear Precious Delight (Mona):
I think you have a perfect right to be upset as if Humanware said they would get payment authorization from Voc Rehab, they should follow through, not subsequently decide it is the responsibility of Voc Rehab to initiate the payment authorization to Humanware without advising you. Sounds like either he person that said they would initiate getting payment authorization from Voc rehab didn't know Humanware's procedure on these things or was miss-informed by someone else at the firm. Either that, or the firm changed its policy on this between when you spoke with Customer Service the first and second time. Yes sounds like there may be a serious communication problem in Concord, California. You know you would think having repairs billed to Voc Rehab would be a common enough thing that the reps at Humanware would know the correct procedure to advise callers of. Sit tight, help is on the way early next week. Brian -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
