KC, If they don't I'll do it somehow.  When I mentioned it to him stating 
that I wouldn't pay the utilities etc he said no, rehab will do it.  In 
either case, give me an exact price so one of us can take care of it. 
Bottom like is that I will not begin training for this government job 
without a BN.
