My friend that has a bn pk has gone quit a while with out being 
able to charge the unit, it works but only if it is plugged in.  
I told her the battery probably needs to be replaced because it 
has gone so long with out being charged.  Is that right or should 
we try to recalabrate it while being plugged in to the charger?  
I am meeting with her this morning.
