Hi Precious;
I would call my Rehab counceler ASAP and have him call HW.  Since you
told them that Rehab was paying, they should have repaired the unit
right away.  There should have not been any delay.  Why didn't they call
Rehab if they were concerned about the money?
Good luck.  
Stand up for your rights.  You need that machine.

Wow sounds like some serious paperwork problems at Humanware,
California.

Can understand your sense of frustration with the situation.
Would think that billing equipment and repairs to a Voc rehab
agency is something that happens routinely at Access Technology
companies.
