Terry P., this is why I had a replacement wifi card sent to my office last spring. I just did the switch with UPS because it was the only way I was going to get the thing because they were bound and determined to get a signature.
Tracy at HW was cooperative in the matter because it was through her that I got the tracking number so that I could deal with UPS./ The item arrived safely at work after requesting that it be sent there instead of home. I got it no problem and they got their precious signature to boot. We usually use UPS because we don't have as many problems with them as we do with Fed Ex.
