Hi, I understand that using the F to recalibrate your battery creates a log on the flash drive that the Humanware team can look at and see what is going on with your recalibration. So for those of you that are having trouble maybe you should try creating this log and then maybe one of the humanware team can tell you who is the best to email this to for help.
