The important thing to remember here is that Jonathan never mislead any one
of us. The product is good!
I think that he left for many of the reasons many of us have been
complaining about.

We still have a good product. Jonathan just seems to have left to work on a
product that seems to embrace a different philosophy.

I agree with Paul. I hope that HW sits up and takes notice.

Same Here, Shane. I also went with my original BN and later the Mpower
spending 12000 dollars of my own money based on what I had heard concerning
the then new packmate and what Jonathan told us in the many user meetings we
all attended.
I am not bashing him, just stating that my decision to buy a bn and later my
Mpower were based on the fact that if anyone knew about technology, Jonathan
did and what he said could be certainly taken as fact if not near fact.
I do hope he can get the packmate to be a viable alternative and I also
hope HW will now sit up and take notice and make a firm decision on how they
need to proceed to be competitive.

Howdy, Stan. Well, Jonathan Mosen's positive statements are the only reason
I ever considered a BrailleNote as a viable purchase for my future. I
depended upon his knowledge and skill with the unit, and I was not let down
by him until now. I am not being negative toward the fellow. He is a
decent sort, and he will do well wherever he goes, and I am proud for him.
I just was not very happy about the way this was handled, but it was and is
really none of my business. If he's happy, that's all that counts.

correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be
adequate, equipped for every good work."
