Sure he was using FS products. He says he's been a JAWS user for many years.
It's hard not to use a competative companies products in this community.

I believe, once again, that Jonathan was good at spin. He pointed out the
positives about a particular product.

His argument that many of use PC's is correct, I don't think he's changed
his tune so much as he's able to now speak freely.

There are many advantages to both systems. It seems that the closed system
just doesn't offer enough in the way of quick improvement, particularly when
HW is closed off to third party developers. They have refused to release a
developers kit.

In defending the Braillenote, he often said that the open platform approach
wasn't as important in this arena, because most users of this kind of
product also have PC's, and use their PDA type product for directed
applications, such as Email, note taking, etc. I guess he changed his tune,
but the question is, what does he really believe? I also understand, that
at least until now, he was not using Freedom Scientific products.

You know, What's really sad is that you have to truly question just how
much confidence you are willing to put in the statements and opinions of
others when it comes to looking at accesibility products.

This one really shakes it to the core.

I bet you're right, Richard. It's just so shocking. Jonathan used every

do I know, right?
